As a Senior Associate of Retirement at WTW, you will have exciting opportunities to work with industry leaders from China Central SOEs and global Fortune 500 enterprises. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects, including M&A, IPOs, asset liability studies and investment consulting. You will be positioned as a trusted strategic partner to clients and will build strong business relationships while developing your expertise through structured training programs and flexible career paths tailored to your professional goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above, with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
Deep expertise in retirement and wealth-related businesses; candidates with experience in consulting firm client services for MNCs, trustee services for pension insurance companies, or MNC benefits management are highly preferred.
Proven ability to lead complex project teams with multiple priorities and tight deadlines, including collaboration across virtual and cross-regional teams.
Demonstrated success in managing large client relationships, driving client satisfaction, and contributing to revenue growth or business development is a strong plus.
Strong analytical and integrative skills, with the ability to identify trends and draw logical conclusions from data.
Self-starter mindset, eager for continuous learning, professional growth, and willing to step outside of comfort zones.
Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency, especially in PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is preferred.
Executive presence with outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Significant progress toward FSA (retirement or investment track) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
