Description

 

1. Business Development & Sales Execution

  • Identify and acquire new clients to achieve individual sales targets.

  • Proactively explore and develop new business opportunities, especially with corporate clients in industrial sectors such as construction and manufacturing.

  • Execute sales strategies effectively to meet assigned business targets.

 

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to support insurance placement, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.

  • Manage the end-to-end client engagement process, ensuring high service quality and client retention.

  • Provide consultative support to clients on insurance solutions tailored to their business needs.

     

3. Internal & External Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal departments and insurance providers to deliver customized and competitive insurance solutions.

  • Coordinate with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

 

4. Reporting & Performance Monitoring

  • Regularly update and report sales performance metrics, pipeline status, and client engagement activities to management.

 

5. Other Responsibilities

  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, B2B sales, or other relevant business services.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and cold calling.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive in approach.

  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.

  • Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is a plus.

 

Preferred Candidate Background

  • Experience in insurance, particularly in corporate sales or relationship management.

  • Background in industrial real estate or banking, with exposure to sales, leasing, or client relationship management.
