Senior Manager/ AVP - Property & Casualty

• Lead and grow a portfolio of P&C clients (Domestic and Multinational) through retention, cross-sell, and up-sell strategies.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships with CXOs and decision makers
• Drive new business development and deliver on revenue goals
• Provide technical oversight on RFQs, QCRs, bespoke coverages, and risk management solutions
• Stay ahead of market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory updates
• Collaborate with underwriters, insurers, and internal risk engineering teams for strategic client solutions
• Mentor and lead a team of Relationship Managers/Account Executives to deliver excellence

• Strong technical expertise in Property, Engineering & Marine insurance
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client portfolios end-to-end
• Deep industry connects with insurers, underwriters, and claims experts
• Strategic mindset with ability to drive differentiation in a competitive market
• Excellent communication, presentation & people management skills
