Description

Lead and grow a portfolio of P&C clients (Domestic and Multinational) through retention, cross-sell, and up-sell strategies.
Build and nurture long-term client relationships with CXOs and decision makers
Drive new business development and deliver on revenue goals
Provide technical oversight on RFQs, QCRs, bespoke coverages, and risk management solutions
Stay ahead of market trends, pricing dynamics, and regulatory updates
Collaborate with underwriters, insurers, and internal risk engineering teams for strategic client solutions
Mentor and lead a team of Relationship Managers/Account Executives to deliver excellence

Qualifications

Strong technical expertise in Property, Engineering & Marine insurance
Proven ability to lead teams and manage client portfolios end-to-end
Deep industry connects with insurers, underwriters, and claims experts
Strategic mindset with ability to drive differentiation in a competitive market
Excellent communication, presentation & people management skills
