Step Up with WTW is a face-to-face insight program, created for those who are interested in pursuing an apprenticeship with us. It will give you an insight into our organization and the career opportunities we offer. You’ll gain some invaluable skills too.

If you decide to apply for an award-winning WTW apprenticeship, we’ll support you throughout the process—helping you pick the right apprenticeship and stand out while applying.

It lasts for two days and we run it in July in Ipswich.

The program features a range of workshops on topics including:

  • An introduction to the Insurance industry, broking and underwriting.
  • Personal development.
  • Meeting our current apprentices.
  • CV and interview hints and tips.

  • You are in year 12 at high school or the penultimate year of college.
  • You have a curious mind and you want to discover our industry.
