The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Actuarial & Analytics Lead to join our Health & Benefits team. This role will be pivotal in driving data-driven insights, actuarial modeling, and strategic analytics to support client decision-making and optimize benefits programs. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to work with the account team, ensuring excellence in delivery and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead actuarial and analytic projects across health and benefits portfolios, including medical, life, and non-insured benefits
Develop, validate, and maintain actuarial models to forecast costs, utilization, and risk exposure.
Provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients on plan design, pricing, and risk management.
Oversee data analysis, reporting, and visualization to support evidence-based decision-making.
Drive innovation by leveraging advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

The Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
Professional actuarial designation (e.g., ASA, FSA, FIA, or equivalent) preferred.
5+ years of experience in health and benefits actuarial work.
Benefits Consulting experiences preferred.
Strong proficiency in statistical tools, and data visualization platforms (e.g. Python, Power BI, Tableau).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated success in managing teams and delivering client-focused solutions.
