The Role

 

As a Business Analyst, you will support the implementation and any enhancement of WTW’s Market Facing Technology solutions within the Health and Benefits Business. This role will support both Client-facing technology initiatives and internal business tools that will ensure that we are able to deliver committed solutions to our clients. 

 

Part of your responsibilities are as follows: 

 

Market Facing Technology (MFT) Implementation

  • Support the implementation of Market-Facing Technology solutions, including but not limited to flexible benefits system and employee facing self service tools and digital platforms. 

  • Assist in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements related to automation initiatives.

  • Support configuration and implementation activities by documenting business rules, workflows, and data requirements.

  • Participate in design reviews to ensure solutions meet business, client and user needs.

  • Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for MFT solutions, including test case review, execution support, and defect tracking.

     

Internal Processes & Operational Support

  • Assist in analyzing and documenting internal business processes supporting the health and benefits team. 
  • Help identify process gaps and improvement opportunities aligned to technology implementations.
  • Support documentation of current-state and future-state workflows, procedures, and operating models.
  • Assist in ensuring alignment between internal processes and implemented technological solutions.

 

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Support engagement with internal and external stakeholders to understand business needs and priorities.
  • Participate in client-facing discussions, requirement walkthroughs, or demos.
  • Assist in managing stakeholder expectations by documenting decisions, action items, and dependencies.
  • Support preparation of materials for stakeholder meetings, workshops, and client presentations.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication through meeting notes, status updates, and documentation.

 

Collaboration & Delivery Support

  • Work closely with internal and external teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
  • Participate in Agile or iterative delivery activities such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.
  • Maintain organized project and requirements documentation in accordance with team standards.
  • Support change management activities, including user documentation, training materials, and release communications.

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Business, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Associate Analyst, or similar role.
  • Foundational understanding of business analysis and process documentation practices.
  • Exposure to technology implementation projects or client-facing environments.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with guidance and support.
  • The following are preferences or can be an advantage: 
  • Exposure to Health & Benefits, insurance, brokerage, or consulting environments.

  • Familiarity with Market-Facing Technology platforms, specific to Health and Benefits, brokerage and insurance placement

  • Experience supporting UAT, client workshops, or stakeholder meetings.
