Description
To stimulate its further growth, WTW Belgium is looking for a talented Claims Advisor Multiline (m/f) for its CRB (Corporate Risk & Broking) activities in our Hasselt/Zaventem office.
The role
In your role as Claims Advisor, you will be responsible for managing the claims within your assigned client portfolio. This portfolio consists of approximately 50% motor claims and 50% other insurance lines, primarily property damage and liability, and includes both mid‑size companies and personal lines.
You will handle and maintain claims data in our systems and coordinate closely with clients, insurers, third parties, lawyers and surveyors throughout the entire process. You actively safeguard and promote our clients’ interests by closely monitoring all agreements in place. Providing client‑focused service and ensuring thorough, consistent follow‑up on each file come naturally to you.
Qualifications
The requirements
You hold a Bachelor’s degree;
Initial experience in claims handling or within the insurance industry is considered an advantage;
Native Dutch speaker, combined with a strong command of French and English.
You are open‑minded, eager to learn, and motivated to further develop yourself. We offer both in‑house and external training, and we value a proactive attitude toward self‑learning;
You are an excellent negotiator with strong communication skills. You take initiative, are committed to delivering an outstanding client experience, and enjoy working collaboratively within a team;
You have a keen eye for detail and demonstrate strong organizational skills and a structured approach to your work.

The Corporate Risk and Broking (CRB) division focuses on development and services in the areas of professional insurance, reinsurance, risk management, and consultancy for companies, institutions, and (semi-)public authorities. In Belgium, approximately 85 employees work within the CRB division, spread across offices in Zaventem, Liège, and Hasselt.
