Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities with corporate clients, particularly those in industrial sectors.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support insurance placement, renewal, and cross-sell efforts.
Collaborate with internal teams and insurance providers to deliver customized, competitive solutions.
Execute sales strategies and meet assigned targets (Construction, Machinery Manufacturing, Renewable Energy)
Manage the end-to-end client engagement process with a focus on service quality and retention.
Regularly report performance metrics and pipeline updates to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance, B2B sales, or other relevant business services.
Proven ability to develop new client relationships through various approaches, including networking, referrals, and cold calling.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven and results-focused
