About the team

The business continuity management (BCM) team provides support and guidance to business teams, underpinned by policy, standards and tools. This enables effective assessment and mitigation of continuity risks, incorporating appropriate recovery strategies. This approach ensures that we can continue to deliver products and services to clients during a disruptive event.

Role Summary

This role sits within the Enterprise Operational Resilience function and is responsible for administration and enhancement of WTW’s operational resilience and business continuity platform (CL360) and its data.

The position focuses on maintaining and enhancing the platform and its trusted data, producing high-quality management information, and driving the continuous enhancement of these elements via AI and automation, in line with WTW’s strategic objectives and ambitions. The role will significantly contribute to ensuring resilience information is accurate, consistent, reviewable and fit for audit and regulatory inspection.

CL360 Platform Administration and Data Quality

· Act as a named administrator for the CL360 operational resilience platform, supporting:       

  • User access and role management
  • Controlled configuration changes (forms, fields, workflows, templates) via back end coding where required
  • Basic issue triage, user support and coordination with the platform vendor where required

· Create and maintain platform administration artefacts including admin guide, SOPs, configuration logs and change records.

· Design and continuously improve AI copilot agent tools to support both Enterprise Operational Resilience business support as well as business implementation and resilience requirements and risk / vulnerability identification

· Support periodic access reviews and platform housekeeping activities to maintain data integrity and compliance.

Operational Excellence

· Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc management information from CL360 to support:

  • Senior management oversight and Enterprise / entity resilience governance

· Assurance via the core Enterprise Operational Resilience team as well as second line and internal audit

· Translate platform data into clear, decision-driving data, highlighting trends, coverage and areas requiring attention / risks or vulnerabilities for remediation.

· Support the preparation of structured external client / regulatory evidence packs, reducing manual data collation and spreadsheet dependency.

Continuous improvements and enablement

· Support adoption of standard resilience processes by:

  • Providing guidance on platform usage and data expectations (written and through AI)
  • Supporting users through documentation and practical assistance where required
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen resilience risk oversight and reduction via improved reporting logic, data validation rules, automation of routine controls and reminders

Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline

Skills & Experience Essential

  • Ability to absorb and understand regulatory and policy requirements and map them into system fields and workflows
  • Hands-on experience supporting an enterprise platform or system including requirements to configuration / change and adoption (lifecycle management)
  • Strong analytical and data handling capability, including advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with low complexity coding such as HTML/CSS and SQL 
  • Experience with low and no-code tooling including prompt engineering for CoPilot agents
  • Experience producing structured management information and stakeholder management information.
  • High attention to detail with a strong control and documentation mindset.

 

Desirable

  • Familiarity with operational resilience or business continuity concepts (e.g. BIAs, recovery objectives, dependencies, testing requirements etc).
  • Experience working with risk, technology, supplier risk or audit stakeholders.
  • Exposure to reporting tools such as Power BI or similar.
  • Experience operating in a regulated or audit-driven environment.
