Our CRB business is one of the world’s largest insurance brokers and risk advisory firms. CRB is also a hugely varied part of our business, with a specialist team like Retail, you’ll become a client-facing ambassador for our full suite of services – helping deliver insurance solutions to clients across a wide range of industries.
Qualifications

To be focused on building a career in the insurance and risk management industry
To be a recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field from a recognized university
A commitment to working towards a Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification
A track record of demonstrating leadership skills while at school and university
Strong time management skills
To be independent and self-motivated
The ability to work well in a team environment

To be a citizen or permanent resident of Singapore
Selected candidates will be required to take up BCP, PGI and ComGI certifications upon accepting the offer.
Workstyles:
We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least three to four days in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow new joiners.
The Application Process:

Stage 3: Interviews, where you’ll meet members of the team, discuss your strengths and motivations, and ask any questions you may have. These will take place virtually.
Stage 4: Offer and acceptance
