El Rol
• Brindar atención y servicio a los asegurados
• Seguimiento a siniestros
• Operación (interacción con aseguradoras y clientes)
• Control, emisión, cancelación y modificación de los seguros
• Contacto constante y relación fluida con asegurados y ejecutivos de compañías de seguros
• Responsabilidad sobre tareas operativas y administrativas
Qualifications
Los Requerimientos
• Licenciatura terminada (Pasante o titulado)
• Deseable conocimientos básicos en seguro de Vida – Hogar – Auto
• Manejo básico de Microsoft Office (Excel, word, power point)
• Habilidad analítica, atención y servicio al cliente, organización de actividades, trabajo en equipo
