A Função:
Desenvolvimento de estratégias comerciais: Criar e implementar estratégias de vendas eficazes para expandir a carteira de clientes e aumentar a participação de mercado;
Prospecção de novos negócios: Identificar e buscar novas oportunidades de negócios nos diversos ramos de atuação da corretora;
Relacionamento com clientes chave: Manter um relacionamento próximo e estratégico com grandes clientes, garantindo a satisfação e a fidelização;
Análise de mercado: Monitorar a concorrência e tendências de mercado, ajustando a estratégia de vendas conforme necessário.
Qualifications
Requisitos:
- Formação superior;
- Desejável Inglês;
- Experiência comprovada em vendas e no ramo de seguros;
- Trabalho em equipe;
- Disponibilidade para viagem e visitas.
