Description

As a Manager in our Work & Rewards practice, you will manage and deliver human capital consulting engagements, with primary responsibility for talent management, assessment, career, succession, and leadership solutions. You must also have a strong understanding of rewards to ensure that talent solutions are integrated with job architecture, grading, performance, and remuneration frameworks.

The Role

  • Manage consulting engagements covering talent strategy, employee and leadership assessment, succession planning, career management, competency development, and performance management.
  • Design and implement talent-management frameworks aligned with clients’ business and workforce strategies.
  • Develop and deliver assessment solutions, including:
    • Assessment and development centers
    • Leadership and executive assessment
    • Psychometric and behavioral assessments
    • Competency-based assessment
    • High-potential identification
    • Talent review and succession assessment
  • Translate assessment results into individual development plans, leadership-development programs, succession actions, and organizational talent priorities.
  • Design competency models, leadership frameworks, job profiles, career architecture, career pathways, and talent-mobility frameworks.
  • Develop succession-management frameworks, talent pools, and leadership pipelines for critical positions.
  • Design and improve performance-management frameworks, including goal setting, performance evaluation, calibration, and differentiation.
  • Integrate talent and performance solutions with rewards frameworks, including:
    • Job architecture, job evaluation, and grading
    • Compensation benchmarking and market analysis
    • Salary structures and pay positioning
    • Performance–reward linkage
    • Short-term incentive principles
    • Total rewards and employee value proposition
  • Analyze reward data and support the development of competitive, internally equitable, and sustainable remuneration recommendations.
  • Facilitate talent reviews, succession discussions, assessment feedback, performance calibration, and solution-design workshops.
  • Serve as project manager, ensuring effective governance, resource management, quality, profitability, and timely delivery.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients through effective communication, sound advice, and high-quality execution.
  • Contribute to business development through opportunity identification, proposal preparation, client presentations, and cross-selling.
  • Develop intellectual capital and market insights on talent management, assessment, careers, performance, and rewards.
  • Coach and supervise junior consultants and associates.
  • Collaborate with WTW’s regional and global experts to deliver integrated talent, organization, workforce, and rewards solutions.

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in talent management, assessment, organization development, rewards, human capital consulting, or a related corporate HR role.
  • Strong experience in talent strategy, leadership assessment, competency development, succession planning, career management, or performance management.
  • Practical experience in assessment and development centers, competency-based interviews, psychometric tools, leadership assessment, or talent-review processes.
  • Sound knowledge and practical exposure to rewards, including job evaluation, grading, compensation benchmarking, salary structures, incentive principles, and performance–reward linkage.
  • Ability to integrate talent, career, performance, and rewards frameworks into a coherent human capital solution.
  • Experience managing consulting projects, including scope, timelines, resources, budgets, deliverables, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capability, including the ability to interpret assessment, workforce, performance, and compensation data.
  • Demonstrated ability to facilitate workshops and present recommendations to senior executives and HR leaders.
  • Strong client-relationship, business-development, communication, and team-management skills.
  • Relevant certification in psychometric assessment, assessment-center methodology, job evaluation, or rewards is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business, Organization Development, or a related field; a postgraduate degree is preferred.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
