Description

  • Tell a story clearly through video-medium communications. Explore, discover, and ideate stories that audience and target demographic can understand and comprehend. Have the capability and passion for design and video-communication related solutions
  • Display a level of “pro-activeness” for completions of projects. Improve and add value to the client’s video-related communications as well as be accountable to any deliverable’s administrative aspect (schedule calls with stakeholders, update with project status, meet with voice actors online, and research stock footage/music)
  • Be highly collaborative, sociable and partner with key stakeholders to understand different brands, markets, industries, global trends and creating custom content across various platforms
  • Be detail-oriented and meticulous with their creative outputs, keep clients up to date, listen to and act on feedback, drive the production of client facing video collaterals, and own the rationale behind video and motion-graphic development and direction  
  • Display a mindset as if the business is their own (with mentorship from line-manager)  
  • Be keen on learning about our industry and the possibilities 

Qualifications

  • Strong portfolio showing design thinking/storytelling process and production stages
  • Graduate or attended any course related to creative design, multimedia arts, motion graphics, music/audio production, or animation
  • Has 4+ years of animation experience in both 2D and 3D mediums (preferably more affiliated with 2D), explainer videos, concept art, storyboarding, audio editing and design storytelling
  • Technical profundity in Adobe software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Tools for administrative tasks
  • Knowledgeable in project management practices, agile, or Kanban and familiar with project management tools and processes such as Adobe Workfront and JIRA. (Comes with training)
  • Extremely detail-oriented, well-organized, able to shift focus on different projects, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
  • Can work with both Mac and Windows Operating Systems
  • Can work within a North American shift (9pm-6am PHT)
  • Is enthusiastic, have strong communication skills, empathic, and highly collaborative
