Description

The Role 

• Assist with the programming and content-loading efforts for internal and external clients with the expectations of high-quality deliverables
• Become familiar with all the in-house CMS tools and learn their best practices, limitations, and known errors, which are the key factors in providing good outputs
• Collaborate and maintain good relationships with team members throughout the endto-end process of the projects
• Build lasting partnerships with the stakeholders
• Participate in team activities and initiatives of the Web Development team, which includes data collection, knowledge sharing, and communication efforts
• Comply with the set coaching and guidance regarding quality, if it applies
 

Qualifications

The Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another related area
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in web development using HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Knowledge of jQuery, SQL, C# & MVC framework is recommended but not required
• Experience in any CMS platform
• Experience with UI/UX design & development
• Experience in Customer Experience (CX)
• Experience with Quality Assurance is recommended but not required
• Experience in the Retirement, Health, & Benefits domain areas is preferred but not required
• Committed to collaborating with the team on the tasks at hand
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to quickly learn and evaluate new tools, concepts, and challenges
• Ability to work on “virtual” teams with members from different geographic areas
• Experience working with the US is preferred, but not required
• Committed to quality and continuous improvement
