Facilitate delivery activities for teams building software, workflow automation, and AI-enabled solutions.
Partner with Product Owners, technical leads, and business stakeholders to align delivery plans, priorities, dependencies, and expectations.

Ensure that key risks, assumptions, quality expectations, and business impacts are visible and actively managed through the delivery lifecycle.
Foster collaboration among business stakeholders, software engineers, automation specialists, data and AI practitioners, and operational users.
-
Support teams in moving solutions from discovery and experimentation through development, validation, release, and ongoing improvement without being expected to serve as the AI subject matter expert.

Facilitate retrospectives that produce practical actions and measurable improvements.
Help teams improve quality, efficiency, predictability, and delivery maturity over time.
