About The Team 

The Supplier Risk Management (SRM) function operates as a critical pillar within the Global Procurement ecosystem at WTW. The team ensures that all third‑party engagements comply with corporate risk, procurement, security and operational standards, safeguarding WTW from supplier‑related exposure.

SRM partners closely with Procurement Operations, Global Head of Supplier Risk, Business Supplier Owners (BSOs), Information Security, and senior leadership across regions.

Major Accountabilities

  • Working with Business Supplier Owners (BSO) in assessing and completing risk assessments on suppliers
  • Advising BSO’s of roles and responsibilities 
  • Gathering, reviewing, and uploading supplier risk documentation and contracts 
  • Updating SRM team trackers and monitoring pending items
  • Following up pending action items and escalate to Senior Supplier Risk Manager when required
  • Supporting SRM team lead with all reporting tasks to risk committees and senior management
  • Tracking and requesting updates on contract renewal dates with different business units
  • Assisting with the review of current SRM process and advising of process improvements
  • Providing training and guidance to the Business of applicable SRM activities 
  • Increasing the awareness of SRM within WTW globally 
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to SRM team lead 
  • Following up on pending action items and escalating to SRM lead when required

Qualifications

Experience - 3 + Years in Supplier risk management 

Knowledge/Skills/Behaviours
•    In-depth knowledge of Supplier / Vendor Risk Management (SRM), Procurement and end-to-end third-party risk processes
•    A clear understanding of mitigation and solutions
•    Experience in data analysis and gathering information from a broad stakeholder base
•    Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to interact with all levels of the organization
•    Ability to prioritise key activities
•    Clear understanding of objectives and ability to review and understand multiple agreements across diverse supplier base
•    Attention to detail and strong computer skills
•    Ability to manage and prioritise workloads and ensuring completion of activities to tight deadlines
