Summary of Role:

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our product roadmap. The ideal candidate will have 10–14 years of experience in product management, stakeholder collaboration, and Agile delivery. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, technical acumen, and leadership skills to align development efforts with business objectives while ensuring exceptional user experiences

 

The Role:

  • Product Strategy & Vision 
    • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap in alignment with business goals. 
    • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact 
    • Drive product innovation and continuous improvement to maintain a competitive edge. 
  • Stakeholder Collaboration 
    • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, and development teams.
    • Gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and backlog items.
    • Ensure alignment between technical implementation and business objectives
  • Agile Product Ownership
    • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clarity and prioritization of features.
    • Work closely with Scrum Teams to refine stories, accept delivered work, and ensure quality.
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
    • Ensure timely delivery of high-impact features that align with the Agile roadmap.
  • User Experience & Customer-Centric Approach
    • Conduct market research and analyze user feedback to optimize product offerings.
    • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to enhance usability and ensure seamless customer experience.
    • Define and track KPIs, ensuring continuous product improvements based on data insights
  • Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Mentor teams on product best practices, Agile frameworks, and delivery excellence.
    • Work closely with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive product success.
    • Champion a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • The Requirements
  • 10–14 years of experience in product management, Agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum/ SAFe/ Kanban).
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, market trends, and competitive analysis.
  • Experience with Azure Devops
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe PO/PM are preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field is required
