    Description

    Role:

    • Staff the WTW DIFC front office desk (including answering phone calls, organizing guest passes to the office)
    • Welcoming visitors and identifying the purpose of their visit before directing them to the appropriate department
    • Organizing meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary
    • Managing DIFC Teams Calendar & weekly whereabouts
    • Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, Business Visas ,and transportation for the DIFC risk and broking teams
    • Track and reconcile expenses, process invoices, and prepare expense reports for the DIFC risk and broking teams
    • Plan and coordinate company events, conferences, and business gatherings for DIFC teams
