The Role:
You will work with internal account managers, external clients and the Survey team across Europe, and our Operational center in Manila and Brussels, to produce high quality compensation and benefits surveys and analysis for countries in Europe.
The position is for a fixed term of six months, commencing in June 2026.
The main purpose of the role is to be involved in all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the survey production and account management support, performing in a timely and efficient manner. Initial work is primarily focused on data collection, data checking, data upload/entry and support to produce both standard and non-standard surveys and special reports/data cuts. Analysts are also responsible for supporting Account Manager colleagues with survey management, client interactions as well as helping with compensation projects, job benchmarking and client management.
In addition to the main, ongoing responsibilities, there will be various internal projects in which the analyst will be more involved, with a view of taking on further responsibility in supporting consulting project work as and when the opportunity may arise.
Responsibilities include:
- Assist in any data submission pending issues
- Producing standard and ad hoc reports as per client requests
- Validating employee compensation data across Europe when required
- Supporting in chasing for data submissions
- Drafting general correspondence
- Liaising with other internal practices UK and Europe as well as clients
- Analysing and reviewing reports for client delivery
- Proactively support account managers aiding in data analysis/interpretation
- Supporting the Executive team in cleaning and validating data and also assist in transferring data
- Understanding the database and methodologies used in the survey production cycle
- covering the data inputting/checking/report production processes.
- To support Trends Reports for our different sectors
- To support and produce Intellectual Capital if required
Qualifications
What you'll bring:
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent planning and organising skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to use own initiative and see tasks through to completion while working under pressure to meet deadlines
- Good knowledge of Excel and Word, and PowerPoint
- Good team player with a friendly manner, ‘can do’ attitude and flexible to provide support when demand arises
- Client focused with a commitment to achieving a high-quality product
- Excellent written and oral communication skills including grammar, spelling, good telephone manner, being able to liaise with external and internal clients in a clear and professional way
- Good analytical and numerical skills
