Description
• Stakeholder engagement
o Partner with senior business leaders to identify key business priorities, shape research agendas/ scope, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
o Represent MCI in leadership and internal forums, proactively identifying opportunities to evolve research impact and stakeholder engagement.
• Research projects
o Oversee multiple complex research projects, integrating quantitative and qualitative insights into coherent strategies that support business goals.
o Ensure high-quality data storytelling and visualization, making insights clear, relevant, and decision-ready for senior audiences.
• Innovation and Operational Excellence
o Evaluate and adopt new technologies - such as digital tools, AI, and process automation - to enhance research efficiency and quality.
o Oversee the delivery of key internal strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and measurable results.
• Team management
o Manage team of researchers, providing mentorship to strengthen research & analytical capability, client focus, and strategic communication skills.
o Experience collaborating with teams across multiple geographies, showcasing strong global exposure and cultural awareness.

Qualifications
• Experience & Qualifications
o Relevant experience in market research, business intelligence, or strategic insights within a global or consulting environment.
o Proven track record leading cross-functional projects and managing senior stakeholders.
o Strong business acumen with the ability to translate research into strategic business outcomes.
o Master’s degree preferred
