Our Level Up with WTW insight program will equip undergraduate talent with the skills and insight needed for future success. It will also help enable you to build your confidence as you enter the world of work and discover WTW – a great place to thrive and develop. There also may be summer internship opportunities and ongoing support from WTW.

  • Two-day virtual insight program 
  • One day in person event 

Throughout the energizing program, you will: 

  • Develop practical insight into some of the most important skills of the future.
  • Gain a platform to enhance your professional network. 
  • Explore exciting career opportunities across the lines of business at WTW that hire graduate talent. 

  • You’re currently studying for an undergraduate degree with a graduation date between December 2027 – May 2028. 
  • You’re eligible to complete a summer internship in 2027. 
  • You’re interested in pursuing a field such as actuarial science, consulting, communication and writing, investment, mathematics, risk management and insurance or a business-oriented field like economics, finance or human resources. 
  • You’ve obtained a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 (U.S.). 
  • You’re legally authorized to work in the US without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
