    Description

    An opportunity exists for an experienced workers’ compensation professional who is responsible for delivering quality Workplace Risk and Workers' Compensation advice and services to clients, including managing key existing clients’ programs and identifying new business opportunities for the company. Reporting to the Victorian Workplace Risk State Manager. the primary focus of this role will be to provide an innovative and flexible approach to our client’s workplace risk programs, recommending solutions and working with them to achieve sustainable improvement in their performance.
     

    The Role

    • Manage clients’ workplace risk programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
    • Providing Outsourced Return to Work support services for a range of clients
    • Maintaining comprehensive client data and updating accordingly
    • Producing analytical written reports for clients
    • Completing premium renewals and policy placement of national workers’ compensation insurance
    • Undertaking premium forecasting
    • Maximising the revenue generated from the existing client base by continual analysis of client profitability and maximisation of group functions
    • Support WTW to seek and secure new business opportunities through cross-selling of broader WTW service offerings
    • Adhering to all compliance and business processes
