Our recruiting team is committed to reviewing each CV/resume and responding within seven days of receiving the application. You may get a response a little sooner or later, depending on the volume of applications received.

The purpose of your CV/resume is to get you invited for an interview by advertising to the hiring team that you have the right qualifications. Regardless of length, your CV/resume must show you meet our job requirements and provide supporting work history. It’s good to be concise (one page is fine if it includes all the required information) but make don’t omit essential details just for the sake of keeping it short. Remember, you can also apply to a position using your LinkedIn profile.

Our colleagues work in more than 140 countries and markets across the world. Take a look at our interactive map to see our presence and opportunities globally.
At WTW, we believe colleagues can be successful working in a variety of ways, and we are confident our high-performing culture is the result of our exceptional talent, not real estate. We trust our colleagues to know their work and the people, tools and environment they need to be successful. As far as business needs and local regulations allow, we think working styles should be determined by what work needs to be done and the kind of collaboration required for success.
Most of our colleagues adopt one of three working styles:
Many of our roles offer flexibility in terms of hours or location (or both). If flexible working isn’t mentioned in the job description, you can discuss it with your recruiter during the screening process.
We believe many of the greatest ideas and discoveries come from a diverse mix of minds, backgrounds and experiences. Our objective is to attract, retain and develop the very best talent needed to implement our business strategy globally and meet our company goals. Our commitment to inclusion and diversity shapes our approach to serving clients, delivers sustainable, profitable growth, and creates a supportive environment for all our colleagues.
We believe the best way for our colleagues to develop is by deepening and broadening their experience. Your manager will work with you to provide opportunities for you to develop and grow and will monitor your progress via our performance management process.
The process will begin when you set personal objectives for the year. These objectives will be aligned with the WTW business strategy, ensuring your work is linked to the company’s continued success through our enterprise scorecard. The scorecard outlines the company’s short- and long-term priorities. Some of our lines of business create their own organizational scorecards (subsets of the enterprise scorecard) with more specific goals for their teams and individual team members.
Guided by these scorecards, your manager will work with you to create short- and long-term plans for your professional development. These plans will help you shape your career progression.
We offer our colleagues many opportunities for development, and you’ll find a variety of programs designed to support your continued growth. For individual contributors, we offer various courses and certifications. If you’re in a leadership role, we provide leader workshops based on best practices. We offer a suite of online training courses designed to build professional skills, and you’ll be able to take an online course when and where it fits your schedule.
Our philosophy is that individuals drive their own careers. Only you can fully understand what’s most important in your career progression. At the same time, we’ll support you on your career journey and provide opportunities for you to gain diverse experiences in varying business environments around the world. Your manager will also be available to support you in building your career development plan, connect you to any support you may need, and help you make informed decisions about what direction you want to go in.
We’re committed to the professional development and personal growth of our people. If, for you, that involves a position outside your home country, then your manager will help you explore available opportunities. If you’d like to view the positions now open worldwide, see the job listings on our website.
We seek bright, accomplished, highly motivated candidates with outstanding communication skills and a true passion for business. All bachelor’s degrees are considered, as long as you have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (U.S. and Canada) or 2:1 or higher (U.K.). We also look for people who demonstrate our values, which are: Client Focus, Teamwork, Integrity, Respect and Excellence.
Each program has a tailored training and development program that involves a blend of three types of learning:
The interview is meant to be a two-way conversation. We want to understand as much as possible about your background, experiences, interests, and potential fit for WTW and the graduate program for which you’re applying. At the same time, it’s an opportunity for you to find out everything you need to know about us.
We recommend learning as much as you can about our company and the markets we serve before your interview. You can find information on our website, including case studies and product details. We also recommend looking at our social media channels, including the Life tab on WTW’s LinkedIn page, where you can learn about our company culture and people
All candidates must apply online. Even if you attend a US school and we visit your campus, you will still need to submit your application through our careers site.
Timelines may vary from year to year and country to country, but the deadline for full-time graduate opportunities is generally in the first week of November. For summer internship opportunities, the deadline is in the first week of February.
Yes. The selection process for our full-time and summer internship programs is very competitive, and we often have more qualified candidates than positions. If you aren’t selected for a summer internship, you can apply for any full-time opportunities for which you’re qualified.
While there’s no specific formula for the assignment of these rotations, one of the determining factors is class size. While we strive for an equal distribution of graduate hires across our lines of business, the needs of the business ultimately determine how we assign rotations.
When you complete the program, your program manager will work with you to identify positions within WTW that match your strengths, skills, experience and career aspirations. The focus will be on finding opportunities that help you develop your leadership skills.
Due to the large number applications we receive, we encourage candidates to apply to only one position per recruitment cycle to avoid duplications at the interview stage. Our recruitment cycle runs from September to March.
