    Account Director (m/f/d)

    The Role


    As an Account Director, you will take ownership of a diverse portfolio of national and international clients, ensuring that their risk management and insurance broking needs are met with excellence. In this role, you will strengthen existing client relationships, actively pursue new business opportunities, and drive portfolio growth. Your focus will include delivering bespoke, high-impact services to your clients. Key responsibilities include:

    • Implementing and refining client service delivery, including comprehensive discussions on risk and retention strategies
    • Representing the voice of the client internally and within the teams when decisions are made regarding process, approach and future strategy
    • Leveraging best practice from across WTW to deploy within the team
    • Building and maintaining robust relationships with insurers to maximize client outcomes
    • Participation to business development activities and supporting RFP processes
    • Promote the unique WTW Risk & Analytics capabilities 
    • Fostering global collaboration and communication within the WTW network

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Extensive and proven experience in the insurance and/or brokerage industry
    • In-depth knowledge of all non-life corporate insurance sectors
    • FINMA-registered insurance intermediary
    • Customer-focused with a high commitment to service excellence
    • Structured, efficient, and solution-driven work approach
    • Independent, reliable, and ambitious, with strong team and communication skills
    • Fluency in German and English is key; additional language skills are an asset
