    Description

    The Role 

    This role will involve the successful candidate assisting the large account practice team, working to assist the management, servicing and stewardship of Large, Multinational, and Complex risks for WTW in the Asia Pacific Region. Also assist to manage and grow the pipeline and client base of Large and complex risks Headquartered in the Asia region. The role will include but is not limited to:

    • Assisting and Attending service meetings and calls (both client and internal) to:
      • Manage Internal network and
      • Meet client requirements both globally and locally
      • Working with WTW Global lines of business to provide renewal strategy to clients
      • Building claims reporting documents and  protocols
    • Assisting to provide Stewardship reporting including:
      • Quarterly reviews
      • Claims protocols and reporting
      • Managing (with core team) all Risk Management works to be provided
      • Building renewal strategy data
      • Other reporting and data management
      • Ensuring quality control of all other reports
    • Assist to create New organic and “New New “growth opportunities including:
      • Manage and grow existing and new large and complex risk pipeline
      • Assist with organic growth strategy and projects for existing client base
      • Assist to coordinate with WTW network to manage presentations and proposal documents.
      • Assist to provide input and management to tender activity as required.

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    •    Bachelor’s degree 
    •    Relevant experience in General Insurance Broking area is preferred, but not required.
    •    Ability to build rapport and respond confidently to customer queries.
    •    Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus.
    •    Ability to coordinate and collaborate with multiple stakeholders 
    •    Ability to multi-task, and be mindful of deadlines.
    •    Self-motivated and ability to remain focused on clients.
    •    Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills is highly preferred
