    Description

    An exciting opportunity has become available for an individual to join our Aviation Technical Support Team (ATST) as an Assistant Account Manager. The successful incumbent will have responsibility for a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to;

    The Role

    The successful incumbent will have responsibility for a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to;

    • Producing and amending certification issued to clients.
    • Updating the WTW Certificate Database in a timely and accurate manner to ensure both an optimal experience for clients and adherence to audit requirements.
    • Supporting Account Managers in preparing a range of renewal documentation
    • Assisting Account Managers on a range of ad hoc tasks including, endorsement creation, setting up new organisations on Eclipse and liaising with Mumbai on billing queries
    • Collating slip documentation and insurer security and uploading to system
    • Updating and maintaining various operational reports which monitor and track Aerospace adherence to internal procedures and compliance processes
    • Promoting and applying a ‘best practice’ and consistency within Aerospace

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
    • Good Communication skills
    • Confident in engaging with colleagues and able to form strong relationships
    • Provide excellent client service, with the ability to adapt personal style to work effectively with a wide range of clients, colleagues and underwriters.
    • Be able to work in a deadline driven environment
    • Be confident user of MS Office
    • Have excellent organisational skills.
    • Strong numeracy and literacy skills
    • Ability to assimilate and apply large volumes of information rapidly
    • Capability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility
