    Description

    One WTW Approach offers a unique blend of consulting and broking services in the retirement benefits landscape in India. The consulting team and the broking team at WTW help clients understand retirement benefits landscape and create solutions that can help our clients effectively manage their long-term retirement benefits liabilities. Overall key accountabilities includes : Consulting advisory with regards to retirement benefits market practice, trust, and governance framework. Broking services include identification of insurance companies, products, placement, and administration of policies.

    Key Responsibilities

    This role offers an individual to be a part of the retirement broking team and collaborate with the retirement consulting team to create unique solutions for our clients:-

    • Act as a point of contact for retirement consulting business and its clients for services related to group retirement schemes (gratuity, leave and superannuation)
    • Undertake business development activities for pension broking service offerings.
    • Prepare RFP for life insurer vendor selection.
    • Develop objectives and insurer evaluation & selection criteria.
    • Undertake analysis of vendor proposals and make recommendations.
    • Evaluation of different product & policy placements.
    • Perform vendor, data and claim management activities with clients and insurance companies.

     

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Requisite regulatory requirements (BQP) to do broking activities.
    • Should have about 7+ years of experience in the insurance industry with specialization in group gratuity, leave and superannuation products.
    • Complete operational and administrative understanding of group gratuity and leave encashment products.
    • Should demonstrate ability to lead and drive business development activities.
