    Description

    The role holder would be accountable for lead identification & new business development for liability products and to ensure consistent flow of revenue for the company. The role of liability specialist requires clear understanding of the businesses and offering seamless solution to b2b clients along with retaining ownership of accounts through impeccable services to our clients.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Actively seek opportunities for new & expanded and cross-sell business opportunities, generate leads, set up meetings & acquire new clients.
    • Candidate would need to primarily engage with the CXO’s of Corporate organizations in the region in order to generate Liability Insurance related Proposals.
    • Explore new avenues to reach out to prospects with regards to the solutions offered by the line of business.
    • Effective & regular client engagement & relationship management throughout the year/ as the need be.
    • Participate & contribute in client & insurer meetings, as needed
    • Active interaction & coordination with WTW network offices, local insurance partners & clients, to ensure placements/ renewals on time & in a seamless manner.
    • Post placement/ renewal activities :– 
      • Cover confirmation letter issuance.
      • Completion of subjectivities for policy issuance such as completed proposal forms, KYC documents from client.
      • Policy document issuance & transmittal to clients.
      • Ongoing policy servicing for mid-term adjustments, endorsement issuance, tax invoice issues etc.
      • Maintaining placement files for all transactions as handled, in line with internal compliance requirements.

     

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Educational Qualification – graduate or postgraduate with good academic record, work experience of approx. 7+ years preferably in liability domain 
    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills, cogent & proactive work approach, organized & ability to work in deadline driven environment
    • An eye for detail specifically with respect to understanding legally worded documents
    • Sales oriented approach 
    • Computer literate with knowledge of MS Office
