    Performance Objectives:

    Clients
    - Establish a trusted professional personal-brand recognition, externally and internally
    - Demonstrate ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
    - Develop own insights and publish newsletters or make internal presentations on ECBA
    topics, supported by data analytics


    Financial
    - Meet own billable hours and team revenue goals
    - Draft statements of work, project plans and budgets involving multiple workflows
    - Manage billing and AR collections

    Excellence
    - Implement WTW Performance Excellence policy and procedures
    - Contribute to the development of new tools and approaches, be innovative, proactive
    and efficient, to improvement effectiveness and efficiency of teamwork
    - Constantly build and deepen your technical knowledge and skills in the area of ECBA
    and the broader Work and Rewards fields

    People
    - Win respect by demonstration of WTW values and own work discipline / expertise
    - Actively participate in external and internal teamwork to build soft skills
    - Be a self-driven fast learner and take control of own career development

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    - 1 to 2 years of work experience, or sufficient internship or team work experience
    preferable in a business environment.
    - An undergraduate degree in business or statistics related fields, wiith accounting /
    finance / economics being a plus, and an advance degree highly desirable
