    Description

    The Role

    Overview

    As an Associate in WRC, you will be responsible for analyzing quantitative and qualitative market data, collaborating with project manager and/or other consultants to develop and present solutions in advisory projects. You will also be responsible for preparing project proposals and managing client relationships on a day-to-day basis. These experiences will help build your professional knowledge and overall industry expertise.

    • Provide high quality analytical information and deliverables to clients  
    • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients at all levels

    • Meet chargeable hours targets 
    • Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by supplying and preparing proposal information

    • Develop professional knowledge and skills in the area of Work & Rewards
    • Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams

     

    Excellence 

    • Meet or exceed Willis Towers Watson performance standards for client relationship management and work quality
    • Strong accountability for project assignments and demonstrate high standards
       

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Minimum 2-3 years of successful experience in adding value to client business results (ideally in a consulting role)
    • Proficiency in data analysis and formal presentation
    • Solid market acumen and digital mindset
    • Track record of helping clients achieve their business goals through targeted human capital initiatives (digital transformation project experience is preferred)
    • Demonstrated ability to build strong client and associate working relationships
    • Expertise in either Rewards, Talent Management or Communication and Change Management 
    • Passion to acquire, share and disseminate new information and knowledge 
    • Self-motivated achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, and integrity
    • Good command of both written and oral Mandarin and English
