    Description

    Role

    • Partner with business and tech leaders to provide architecture support and best practices in cloud, analytics, development, digital transformation, automation, ensuring project success and alignment with WTW needs. Lead teams in the Global Delivery Center in India.
    • Implement tech processes, manage supply/demand of resources in the Global Delivery Center.
    • Accountable for attrition, retention, and hiring strategies.
    • Lead hybrid teams, ensure effective operations, meet deadlines, provide learning opportunities, conduct performance reviews, and drive improvements.
    • Drive automation aligned with tech strategy, leveraging modern architecture.
    • Establish governance to monitor KPIs and report to stakeholders.
    • Promote best practices, Agile/Lean principles, and lead tech/business transformation.

    Qualifications

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in IT or related field required.
    • 10+ years in solution delivery, product platform development, or enterprise/solution architecture with 5+ years in leadership roles in automation and RPA.
    • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and RPA tools.
    • Strong leadership experience managing tech teams in non-hierarchical settings.
    • Capable of leading skilled tech teams to translate business needs into tech solutions.
    • Problem-solver with a can-do attitude, good leadership skills, and team-oriented mindset.
    • Proficient in the Microsoft tech stack (Cloud, Data, Power Automation, UiPath) and agile methodologies.
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, analytical, and decision-making skills.
    • WTW competencies: Customer Focus, Problem Solving, Action Oriented, Strategic Agility, Results Focus, Organizing & Planning.
