    The Opportunity

    Together we transform tomorrow. In "Corporate Risk and Broking" we support companies in effective risk and insurance management. Considering client's corporate goals, we develop robust and economical strategies to mitigate risks, transferring them to insurers.

    The CRB Platform Business Analyst is responsible for supporting WTW Global Tools roll out for French business stakeholders, especially Broking Platform and Risk Intelligence Central. This role is pivotal in helping stakeholders resolve issues and maximize the utility of these platforms while actively working on business requirements for new features and enhancements.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Stakeholder Support: Collaborate with French business stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges related to the Global Tools, especially Broking Platform and Risk Intelligence Central.
    • Problem Solving: Assist in identifying and resolving issues that arise within the platforms, ensuring smooth operations.
    • Business Requirements: Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for new features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs.
    • Tool Administration: Support the administration of the CRB tools, managing user access and permissions as necessary.
    • Reporting and MI Access: Facilitate access to reporting and management information (MI), ensuring stakeholders can leverage data effectively for decision-making.
    • Support adoption of the tools:  via creation and animation of trainings, community mobilization and any actions to accompany users is their daily adoption. 

    Qualifications

    What You’ll Bring

    • Fluent in French (minimum C1, expected C2)
    • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
    • Problem-Solving Abilities: Ability to identify problems quickly and develop innovative solutions.
    • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
    • Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
    • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
    • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
    • Knowledge of regulatory requirements relevant to the industry.

    The role is essential for driving efficiency and effectiveness within the organization by leveraging data-driven insights and fostering communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
