    Description

    The Role

    WTW primary point of contact for strategic clients:

    • Main point of contact 
    • Manages or Support in escalations from Clients via calls and emails 
    • Support in clients’ renewal by collaborating with our Mid office and back-office teams to ensure that 100% renewal with proper documentation and billings done

    Part of the front office team: 

    • Renewal process: Perform technical review (i.e. data accuracy) on all renewal reports prepared by Global Deliver Center (GDC) based in Manila
    • Prepare Pricing Tool Checklist to facilitate Consultants’ renewal review of clients 
    • Support and assist to prepare all necessary reporting requirements based on the scope of work (SOWs) agreed with selected clients i.e. Benchmarking report, claims analysis report, Service Level report, reviewing GDC's work if applicable 
    • Prepare employees communication decks, handbook and Benefits Guidebook
    • Work with admin team to prepare insurance premium breakdown for ad-hoc billings, for selected clients 
    • Internal documentations and update requirements i.e. Update Client Account Checklist, Change & Update forms, IT Security forms
    • Client servicing = follow-up closely with GDC to ensure timely and accurate delivery of tasks and e-mail responses based on agreed turn-around time
    • To be able to participate in selected, initiatives or ad hoc matters.

    • Act with integrity in carrying out duties and responsibilities
    • Act with due care and diligence
    • Ensure observation of proper standards of market conduct
    • Ensure data quality and accuracy when delivery clients’ work

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a Health & Benefits insurance or consulting or brokerage role
    • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a strong focus on customer service. 
    • Good oral and written communication skills 
    • Technical proficiency in Singapore employee benefits
    • Broad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
    • Proficiency in English language
