    Description

    A member of the Carrier Agreement/Appointment team responsible for tracking, managing and completing WNA Carrier Contracts as well as Appointments for licensed individuals and business entities.  Carrier Agreement/Appointment Administrators are liaisons between WNA Retail offices, Carriers, and Contract Review for all carrier agreements and appointments. Duties include processing of initial Carrier Agreements, initial and renewal Carrier Appointments, providing required paperwork, follow up with offices and carriers on current status of paperwork and management of the execution process. Responsible for maintenance of databases and retention of documentation.
    This team member should have some legal experience as he or she will also review non-disclosure agreements

    The Role

    • Review non-disclosure agreements using WTW guidelines
    • Processes Carrier Contracts/Agreements received from WNA offices to Contract Review for Approval
    • Completes Business Entity and Individual Producer Initial Carrier Appointment requests 
    • Processes Carrier Appointments requested from WNA offices, Licensing Administrators, and Carrier partners
    • Completes Business Entity and Individual Producer Initial Carrier Appointment requests 
    • Completes Renewal Carrier Appointment requests
    • Processes Carriers’ requests for information, updates, and confirmations concerning licensees
    • Manages requests for additional supporting documents such as license copies, W9, and EFTs
    • Performs follow up with WNA offices, carriers, and contract review on status of requests & paperwork
    • Maintains databases and systems
