    Description

    We are looking for a Senior Executive, Claims to join our Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) team in WTW Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and handling claims for corporate clients across various industries. You will work closely with insurers, clients, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective claims resolution while delivering outstanding service.

     

    The Role

    • Manage and oversee corporate insurance claims from notification to resolution.
    • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely updates and strategic advice.
    • Liaise with insurers, adjusters, and legal teams to negotiate and advocate on behalf of clients.
    • Provide claims analysis, identifying trends and areas for risk mitigation.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
    • Collaborate with brokers and risk consultants to optimize client insurance coverage.
    • Support business development by advising on claims trends and assisting in renewal strategies.
       

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business, or a related field.
    • Min. 3 years of experience in claims handling, preferably within an insurance broker, insurer, or corporate risk environment.
    • Strong understanding of corporate insurance policies, including property, liability, marine, and financial lines.
    • Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
    • Ability to manage multiple claims efficiently and work collaboratively with teams.
