Description
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new clients to achieve individual sales targets.
- Conduct outbound telesales and cold calls to engage potential customers.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through proactive outreach and regular follow-ups.
Sales & Broking Support
- Assist sales and broking managers in processing insurance sales and broking activities.
- Negotiate renewal terms and mid-term policy adjustments for assigned accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Claims, Accounting, Operations) to ensure seamless client servicing.
Client Consultation & Service
- Handle client inquiries and provide basic consultation on insurance products and risk management solutions.
- Advise clients on risk exposures, coverage options, and contract-related issues to ensure high-quality service and effective resolution of client needs.
Compliance & Record Management
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures related to sales and client management.
Other Responsibilities
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
Qualifications
- Open to candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
- Background knowledge in insurance, market dynamics, and products is preferred.
- Results-driven, client-focused, and innovative mindset.
- Hardworking, proactive, and adaptable in business approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); capable of preparing reports, analyzing data, and creating presentation slides.
- Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
- Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
