Participate in servicing clients.
• Perform standardized, high-volume operational activities to support both client & market-facing specialists across the end-to-end placement lifecycle for new business and renewals.
• Provide internal coordination of activity required for managing client interactions and queries.
• Provide operational support including but not limited to answer clients’ enquiries through direct line during office hours; support clients’ enquiries related to claim process; manage insured data; follow up client’s payment; collect and screen claim data; prepare data and documents prior to client’s meeting; and closely coordinate with the designated Account Managers to prepare documents as per client’s request.
• Follow strictly standard compliance, along with any local procedures and policies.
• Other tasks assigned by the Company.
Support sales process.
• Proactively support sale and broking manager for processing of sale and broking to develop new business and cross sale.
• Participate in sale administrative areas and broking process: preparing pipeline, gathering data, prepare proposals, quotations, comparisons worksheets, reports, confirmation of cover, …
Participate in sales.
• Conduct sales planning and activities: finding pipeline & prospect, doing cold call to pipelines and search for client’s interest in WTW; prepare proposals, comparison, process contract….
Requirements:
• University degree
• Computer Literate, MS-Word, Excel, Power Point
• At least 02 years’ experience at B2B BD/Sales admin position for MNC, preferably insurance/service industry
• High integrity, Initiative, and critical sense ownership
• Proactive, Strong customer management skills
• Client-oriented, innovative, and critical sense
• Good presentation and negotiation skills
• Be able to work under high pressure.
• Long-term commitment
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese
