    Description

    The Role

    • Ensure proper client request routing to Proposal, Questionnaire, or Contracting Project Managers.
    • Provide comprehensive client questionnaire support to businesses, including input into collaterals repository, initial response drafting, delegation of questions to SMEs, project management, stakeholder management, and risk assessment.
    • Review questionnaire responses for completion, accuracy, and compliance with client requirements, industry standards, and best practices.
    • Maintain content (fact-base) within the database, collaborating with cross-functional content owners (SMEs) to update the knowledge base with net-new responses; periodically audit the knowledge base for relevance.
    • Work closely with Proposal and Contracting Centers of Excellence to coordinate efforts for overlapping client requests.
    • Continuously improve the questionnaire management process by actively identifying and addressing process inefficiencies by implementing best practices, templates, and tools to improve workflow efficiency and quality.
    • Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and requirements to ensure WTW’s questionnaire management process is compliant with industry standards.

    Qualifications

    The Requirement

    • Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, communications, or a related field.
    • Experience in project management, preferably in a similar role involving questionnaire management and/or completion.
    • Experience with Loopio or similar database management/RFP tools (e.g., RFP 365, Qvidian, RFPio) preferred but not required.
    • Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of detail
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
    • Ability to work under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment to meet SLAs

    Nice to Have

    • Knowledge of industry-compliance regulations, cloud computing, security infrastructure, and/or software development
    • Experience working in a professional services organization
    • Experience in bid support, providing boilerplate and sample responses from precedent materials
