    Description

    The Global Natural Resources team (comprising Oil, Gas & Chemicals, Power & Utilities, Mining & Metals and Renewables) is looking for a talented and experienced individual to establish and develop a creative design function for this dynamic, rapidly expanding business.  The role will be an integral part of our existing Sales & Strategy team which works with global leaders across multiple geographies.  Reporting into the Head of Sales and Strategy, the Head of Creative Design will deliver impactful creative assets (digital and print) that will play a key role in supporting ambitious business growth targets.

    The Key Focus areas

    • Design and build high-quality sales and marketing materials that differentiate our proposition at a global level, supporting our ambitious growth and brand positioning goals.
    • Deliver impactful designs for multi-channel content that elevates and amplifies our messaging and positioning, for the Natural Resources business as a whole and for each of its component sub-sectors.
    • Work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales Enablement teams to create standout campaigns in strategic growth areas.
    • Where required, work with the Sales Pursuits and Bid Management functions to produce impactful materials for new business meetings, presentations and periodic input to strategic bid responses (as directed by leadership).
    • Help to build a distinctive positioning for Global Natural Resources as a dynamic, forward-looking business, proactively supporting and further enhancing our global value proposition. 
    • Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications.
    • Utilise Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft Office Suite applications to create compelling designs and content layouts.
    • Evaluate the success of design treatments and develop new ideas and approaches that resonate with target audiences. 

    Qualifications

    • Lead, develop and evolve the creative design function for Global Natural Resources.
    • Build and execute on a vision and plan for how the Natural Resources team should use creative design across multiple assets to elevate and amplify our message and positioning.
    • Ensure that all design work is closely aligned to WTW’s brand guidelines.
    • Lead and execute on multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery whilst upholding high standards for visual presentation and attention to detail.
    • Make a visible and positive impact to our external brand positioning and our go to market strategies.
    • Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
