    Description

    We are seeking a full-time  Reporting and Data Analyst to join our Operations Reporting and Analytics Team. As part of a team serving a large variety of stakeholders you’ll be expected to work with others both within and without the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing actionable insights and reporting solutions to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency. 


    Responsibilities:

    •    Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful analytics solutions.
    •    Utilize SQL to extract, analyze, and manipulate data from our databases, focusing on key performance indicators and business metrics.
    •    Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or similar visualization tools to monitor performance and identify trends.
    •    Conduct ad-hoc analysis and data modeling to address specific business questions and support strategic initiatives.
    •    Assist in driving initiatives to improve data quality, accuracy, and accessibility to ensure reliable reporting and analytics.
    •    Support the development of processes and documentation to maintain reporting solutions.
    •    Provide support and training to end-users on accessing and interpreting reports and dashboards.
     

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    •    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, related field, or equivalent experience.
    •    Business acumen related to benefits, funding, insurance, and/or phone operations.
    •    1+ years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence role.
    •    Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Power BI or similar visualization tools is desirable.
    •    Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and interpret complex data sets.
    •    Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
    •    Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing accurate and reliable reporting and analysis.
