The Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) practice is part of the Work & Rewards segment, and our practice focuses on aligning corporate strategy, mission, vision, and corporate values with executive compensation design. WTW is the global leader in executive compensation consulting, with over 500 consultants worldwide. Our consultancy services are centred around different topics within the ECBA sphere and cover a broad range of disciplines including strategy, corporate governance, performance management, ESG, finance, HR, and psychology. We partner with the client to determine the most suitable solution to these issues.
The Role
As a(n) (Associate) Director in our Executive Compensation and Board Advisory practice you will be part of a multinational team, developing business and delivering both regional as well as international projects. You will plan, design, and implement Executive Compensation and incentive programs for both existing and new clients. You will nurture the business network across various business lines and geographies, while leading a team of highly talented junior and mid-level colleagues.
In a changing market with expanding board agendas, you will be the trusted client partner (including C-Suite, RemCo and Board) on all types of executive compensation topics. You will partner together with other (Senior) Directors on top tier cluster clients and be in the lead on clients and projects. You will have a highly talented pool of juniors, mid-levels/project managers and seniors to support you on any of these clients. Additionally, you will partner with our other practices, Work, Rewards & Career (WRC) and Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI), to drive added value within broader rewards topics for our clients.
Organized as a multinational cluster, we work together as one team of colleagues from Belgium, the Netherlands, Sweden and Switzerland. As such, our team provides advice regarding (and to) the Board of Directors, Executive Committee and Senior Management population of the largest multinational companies in these regions and beyond.
For (Associate) Director roles in our team, we are looking for colleagues that are willing to further develop, coach and mentor talent to improve team performance, while building and developing diverse teams. Moreover, this role will support in the development of department plans and contribute to long-term functional and segment strategy.
