    Description

    This role involves supporting complex, global organizations in designing and implementing comprehensive total rewards strategies across pay, benefits, careers, and wellbeing.  You will be working with colleagues around the world and across many of our businesses in HWC to deliver integrated solutions to our clients, and you will be responsible for leading the sales and delivery of complex total rewards client projects.  In addition, you will work closely with the leadership teams of the HWC businesses to execute on our strategic priorities for our total rewards solutions (e.g., intellectual capital development, marketing, sales/growth activation).

    The Role 

    You will be part of WTW’s Integrated and Global Solutions (IGS) team and based in the United States (location flexible).

    The IGS team comprises over 300 colleagues across all WTW geographies and is dedicated to serving the complex needs of our global clients. You will support our Total Rewards Solution through various consulting and project management activities such as:

    • Collaborating with large, complex clients to develop and implement total rewards strategies that integrate across pay, benefits, careers, and wellbeing. 
    • Overseeing teams of colleagues across multiple HWC businesses in delivery of total rewards solutions to our clients (e.g., market competitive analysis, employee and employer/leader listening, cost optimization, data analysis, measurement strategies, strategy workshops, innovative plan design, global inventories, development of governance and oversight models, communication, change management, other implementation activities)
    • Collaborating with colleagues to identify, develop, and close on strategic sales opportunities and cross-sell new products and services 
    • Drafting statements of work, project plans and budgets involving multiple workflow streams and client and consultant teams 
    • Ensuring the progress of the team against established objectives, budget, timeline, deliverables and quality standards
    • Collaborating with leaders and team members in the HWC businesses, including HWC Integrated Solution Leaders, to monitor and analyze market trends and update/refresh intellectual capital and marketing and growth strategies connected to total rewards
    • Supporting the execution of the growth strategy of total rewards solution

     

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • 7+ years of experience working in client consulting across pay, benefits, careers and/or wellbeing programs related to multinational organizations. 
    • Experience leading client facing strategy discussions 
    • Track record of success in managing leading complex and/or global teams
    • Proven ability to generate revenue and grow market share
    • Superior ability to influence and collaborate with senior management and work across all levels of an organization including well developed written and oral communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
    • Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects and workstreams, often with time sensitive deadlines.
    • Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills.
    • Experience living and working overseas, foreign language skills preferred but not essential

    Compensation and Benefits

    Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

    Compensation

    The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $140,000 – $180,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
