    Description

    LifeSight is the successful global brand of WTW’s comprehensive Defined Contribution solutions. With the passage of SECURE 2.0 in 2019, Pooled Employer Plans (“PEP”) expanded into the US and WTW launched our US LifeSight PEP. 

    The growth we have seen in LifeSight is phenomenal and we are now looking to expand our internal LifeSight team. 

    The role 

    As the LifeSight Operations leader, you will collaborate with other PEP leaders (e.g., overall business lead, sales, product, client service, compliance, and investments) and guide the Operations’ Team’s activities. Specific responsibilities of the role include: 

    • Oversee Plan Operations: Manage day-to-day operations of the PEP, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations).
    • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with recordkeepers, custodian/trustee, and auditors to ensure seamless plan operations
    • Compliance Management: Monitor and maintain compliance with all fiduciary responsibilities, including regular plan audits and filings (e.g., Form 5500).
    • Risk Management: Develop and implement processes to mitigate operational risks and maintain high standards of data security and confidentiality.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for operational efficiency, streamline workflows, and implement best practices for plan administration.
    • Reporting and Analytics: Generate and analyze performance and participation reports, ensuring data accuracy and delivering insights to stakeholders.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

    The role will be a hybrid role based in Dallas, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York City, Tampa or United States.

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • 10+ years in the defined contribution market.
    • Deep knowledge of retirement plan administration, particularly Pooled Employer Plans and fiduciary responsibilities.
    • Proven experience managing operational processes in a financial or retirement services environment.
    • Strong understanding of applicable laws and regulations (ERISA, IRS codes, and DOL guidelines).
    • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.
    • Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions and improve processes.
    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (advanced degree or certifications like QPA, QKA, or CFP preferred).

    Compensation and Benefits 

    Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

    Compensation 
     
    The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $180,000- $220,000 USD per year.

    This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
