    The Role

    The Senior Client Advocate is responsible for cultivating and maintaining client relationships that includes strategy development and execution at the insurance program level. The Senior Client Advocate is responsible for marshalling WTW resources to provide coordinated service that meet the client’s insurance and risk management needs.  The Senior Client Advocate must have the ability to focus on delivering exceptional customer service while working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Retain existing book of business; develop and strengthen client relationships.
    • Identify, engage, and integrate delivery of all WTW internal resources to deliver on the client experience.
    • Provide strategic planning and consulting advice to clients; monitors insurance and risk management needs in collaboration with WTW resource, practice, and industry groups.
    • Recommend appropriate solutions throughout the policy life cycle (including acquisition due diligence).
    • Ensures Group policy requirements (legal, regulatory & compliance) are met.
    • Work in conjunction with Broking to ensure utilization of appropriate analytical tools.
    • Other duties as identified and appropriate to ensure an exceptional client experience.
    • Design, prepare, negotiate and deliver fee/compensation agreements to clients.
    • Design and deliver full client presentations/proposals, client advocacy reports, Engagement 365 client service plans and schedules.
    • Increase (maximize) the profitability of the client account and ensure retention of that business.
    • Engage with Sales and Broking to understand marketplace changes.
    • Build and develop market relationships in collaboration with Broking and Sales.
    • Drive the Request for Proposal (RFP) response process, including review, identification, and coordination of line of business groups, and document ownership.
    • Drive the renewal process to establish and implement the client-specific renewal strategy. Collaborate with WTW resource, practice, and industry groups to develop and deliver renewal to clients. 

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Targeted 10+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing role with Transportation industry knowledge.
    • Knowledge of commercial insurance renewal end-to-end process steps and owners.
    • Able to apply knowledge of coverage forms in the analysis of program design, the identification of coverage gaps, and ongoing coverage consultation.
    • Able to leverage internal and external relationships to bring WTW resources and assets tailored to client needs; ability to drive conflict resolution.
    • Able to interpret, analyze and present models.
    • Negotiation Skills:  able to develop innovative and creative solutions to do complex deals, drive consensus across internal and external stakeholders to close deals.
    • Knowledge of strategy, tactics, and solutions for the client, and/or in the marketplace.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; group presentation skills, ability to drive complex/technical conversations.
    • Effectively advocates for change. Provides encouragement, takes control of team projects, leads key work areas, collaborates with others, and provides clear guidance to ensure others fulfill roles effectively. 
    • Serve as a mentor to colleagues and subject matter expert
    • Excellent project management skills.
    • Competency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
    • P&C Insurance License required.
    • Some travel required.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

     

    Compensation

    The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $225,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
