    Description

    As a Consultant in our Work & Rewards business (Human Capital Advisory), you will support and get involved in projects and business development initiatives within the areas of Talent Management, Organization and Role design, Performance Management, Talent Analytics, Rewards, Compensation and Benefits Benchmarking & Design, Executive Pay Design and Governance, Total Reward Strategy, Fixed Pay and Variable Pay Design and Implementation.

    You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyse information, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while you benefit from more structured learning interventions that are tailored to the business area you join.

    • Develop technical knowledge and skills in the area of Work and Rewards
    • Involve in multiple projects/assignments, work together with other teams to ensure client satisfaction with deliverables
    • Understand and adhere to principles of Professional Excellence
    • Seek ways to improve the level of quality to ensure excellence in client deliverables
    • Keep improving ways of problem solving, production and/or work flow
    • Identify, discuss and document lessons learned from completed projects
    • Meet or exceed WTW performance standards for work quality

    • Participate in cross functional teams
    • Promote teamwork within the Line of Business / Practice

    Clients 

    • Participate and assist the senior consultants in providing consulting services in various practices within Work and Rewards business.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with several client contacts Display influencing and persuasion skills to gain agreement to the way forward
    • Understand and employ Client First to identify client expectations and ensure client satisfaction
    • Meet or exceed client expectations on all projects
    • Increase efficiency within client teams by identifying ways to improve processes
    • Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients / colleagues at level.

    Financial

    • Achieve individual sales and relationship building targets
    • Assist the seniors in developing work/project plans, timelines and budgets
    • Involve in deliverable progress, scope and budgets; adjust deadlines and resources accordingly.
    • Participate in bill preparation and/or review

    Qualifications

    Qualifications 

    • Master’s degree (only 2025 batch) in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
    • Approximately 1-3 years’ experience in the HR consulting field and/or in a corporate environment preferred.

    • Strong working knowledge of the following PC-based software applications for analysis and reporting: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
