    The Europe Product Sales Leader for Embark is an exciting and pivotal role responsible for growing Embark Software sales for the Employee Experience (EX) Line of Business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy and tactics for growth in key markets in Europe, as well as connecting into our Global strategy and plan. This involves understanding how Embark and our other technology solutions connect and integrate. In this role, your focus will be on building pipeline and securing wins, giving in-depth client prospect demonstrations and completing request for proposal (RFP) responses – manging the sales cycle from start to finish. 

    You will be a keen networker and influencer, building relationships externally but also with internal consulting partners, sellers and lead relationship managers in order to bring our solutions to prospects and clients.

    The Role

    • Achieve or exceed the Embark sales lifecycle target, effectively managing the sales process from inception to closing opportunities
    • Maintain a £6 million Embark pipeline across Europe and sell £3 million in total contract value annually
    • Liaise directly with clients to convey the value of the product, run demos and secure opportunities and wins, including communicating the integrated story of our products
    • Develop and implement local sales initiatives and strategic planning with local market leadership and contribute to global sales initiatives and strategic planning where appropriate
    • Partner with the Sales function on the creation of marketing materials and business development campaigns including case studies and targeted emails
    • Work closely with other internal stakeholders to communicate our full value proposition (communication advisory with software position) 
    • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
    • Contribute to internal awareness and education on the continuously evolving Embark proposition to enable our sellers to take it to market
    • Provide accurate and timely forecasts and reporting
    • Contribute to the development and maintenance of demo content and personas that reflect the business needs of your region.

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies as well as individual success in selling HR Software - personalised communications, digital communications, benefits communications, HR Portals or Total Rewards Portals
    • Extensive experience in sales leadership 
    • Demonstrated success in building relationships and networks
    • Track record of collaboration, process excellence, and innovation
    • Excellent presentation and demo skills
    • Business development and contract negotiation skills are a plus
    • Ability to travel across the Europe region where required 
    • Commitment to embrace the vision of Excellence, such that client view WTW as trusted advisors who consistently provide the highest quality work products and service delivery experience
    • A passion for helping organisations create a high-performing Employee Experience 
    • Excellent communication skills in English and another European language would be advantageous
