Description
The Role
- Working in a BAU service team, dealing with service tickets and incidents concerning Microsoft Exchange.
- User and shared mailbox management, managing static and dynamic M365 groups and distributions lists.
- Maintaining Exchange Online and limited Exchange On-Prem servers.
- Directly collaborate with users to troubleshoot issues and provide 1-2-1 training on using Exchange.
- Assist our Exchange technical leads and senior engineers on projects as required.
- Help analyze tickets and other feedback to help maintain good service levels and to look for potential process and technical improvements.
- Assist in developing internal knowledge base and training materials.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
The Requirements
Minimum 4 year experience working in Exchange Online, on-premises Exchange, and hybrid environments
Strong technical knowledge of Exchange Online, on-premises Exchange, and hybrid environments with an interest in future developments.
Experience in PowerShell for management of M365 services.
Experience with patch and configuration management.
Experience with configuration of Exchange policies, SMTP relay, and mail routing.
Experience with ticket management systems such as ServiceNow.
Knowledge of PowerBI to present data an advantage.
Strong written and oral communication with the ability to provide training to end users.
