    WTW is looking for an experienced and dynamic Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Risk & Broking (CRB) Ireland team in Dublin! If you're a proactive and organised professional with a passion for supporting senior leadership, this is your chance to make a significant impact.

    You Will

    • Act as the primary lead in the preparation of executive level presentations for internal and external audiences.
    • Support the coordination and content preparation for the Willis Towers Watson Ireland board meetings, including action items, minute-taking, and the preparation of the CEO report.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule meetings, ensuring that all necessary materials are prepared and distributed in advance.
    • Serve as a “gatekeeper” to ensure deadlines are met for various strategic and tactical initiatives. 
    • Monitor project plans and documentation to confirm they are current and identify any necessary adjustments.
    • Lead the communications agenda by designing and drafting communication across the business in line with the business strategy, values and culture.
    • Manage the calendar, prepare expense claims, KPI Reports for the Head of CRB and other Senior Executives.
    • Make travel and accommodation arrangements for the Head of CRB and other senior executives.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years’ experience working at a senior level in business support role.
    • Excellent MS office skills – including advanced PowerPoint skills.
    • Skilled at building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Excellent communication skills are essential – written and verbal.
    • Time management, organisation and attention to detail skills.
    • Excellent scheduling and co-ordination skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
    • Resilient, flexible, working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to adjust priorities as needed.
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
